Chastity D. Gaither is the CEO and Senior Consultant of Core Elements Business Management Consulting Group and the Founder & Executive Director of Core Elements Higher Education Resource Center.
She has over 20 years of experience in the field of higher education inclusive of professional development training, program implementation, and curriculum design. Chastity is a trained researcher who has a stellar reputation for bringing theory into practice. She has worked in concert with K-12 schools and higher education institutions, in both public and private sectors. Moreover, she has hosted international consulting engagements in Indonesia and South Africa.
Chastity holds a PhD in Higher Adult & Lifelong Education from Michigan State University, a Master of Science in Higher Education from Drexel University, as well as an MBA in Management Information Systems with an Accounting Specialty and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Davenport University.
